How to Redeem OLA E-Gift Card
- Download the OLA App or visit the OLA website.
- Select your ride category (excluding Ola Drive, Share, Rentals, Outstation, Food, Luxury, Auto, Bike & Shuttle).
- Go to the Apply Coupon section before booking your ride.
- Enter your Gift Voucher (GV) or Gift Card (GC) code in the field.
- Click Apply to redeem the voucher value against your ride fare.
- Only one voucher can be used per ride.
- The voucher applies only to the ride fare; taxes, tolls, and additional charges are excluded.
Terms & Conditions
- The OLA Gift Card cannot be revalidated once expired or canceled.
- Accepted only on the OLA App and website.
- Not valid for Ola Drive, Ola Share, Rentals, Outstation, Food, Luxury, Auto, Bike, or Shuttle rides.
- For one-time use only and cannot be partially redeemed.
- Only one GV/GC can be applied per ride.
- Voucher covers ride fare only; taxes, tolls, and extra charges are excluded.
- No refund or credit note will be issued for unused balance.
- Cannot be combined with promo codes or other offers.
- Block-out dates may apply; OLA reserves the right to modify them.
- The voucher holder is considered the beneficiary.
- WOWZO/Ola is not responsible for technical issues; blocked vouchers will be re-enabled within 72 hours.
