How to Redeem OLA E-Gift Card
- Download the OLA App or visit the OLA website.
- Choose your ride category (excluding Ola Drive, Share, Rentals, Outstation, Food, Luxury, Auto, Bike & Shuttle).
- Navigate to the Apply Coupon section before confirming your ride.
- Enter your Gift Voucher (GV) or Gift Card (GC) code in the provided field.
- Click Apply to redeem the value against your ride fare.
- Only one voucher can be applied per transaction.
- The voucher amount applies only to the ride fare (taxes, tolls, and extra charges are excluded).
Terms & Conditions
- The OLA Gift Card cannot be revalidated once expired or canceled.
- Accepted only via the OLA App and website.
- Not valid for Ola Drive, Ola Share, Rentals, Outstation, Food, Luxury, Auto, Bike, or Shuttle rides.
- For one-time use only and cannot be partially redeemed.
- Only one GV/GC can be used per ride.
- Covers ride fare only; taxes, tolls, and additional charges are excluded.
- No refunds or credit notes for unused balance.
- Cannot be combined with other promo codes or offers.
- Block-out dates may apply; OLA reserves the right to modify at its discretion.
